Pacific Gas & Electric Company provides 100% of the funding for the PG&E Solar Schools Program and activities. Karalee Browne is the PG&E Solar Schools Program Manager. Karalee will work with your school in planning the solar celebration that will take place upon the completion of your solar installation. (FEE) is the non-profit organization that will be coordinating the installation of our solar panel, and will serve as your primary contact throughout the installation process. The mission of FEE is to expand environmental and energy literacy. One of our newest projects in support of our solar schools is Energy Seeds – www.energyseeds.com. The National Energy Education Development (NEED) Project is a non-profit organization that strives to promote an energy conscious and educated society by creating effective networks of students, educators, business, government and community leaders to design and deliver objective, multi-sided energy education programs. Mary Spruill is the executive director of need who manages the PG&E Solar Schools Teacher Training and Bright Ideas Grants.
